CFMOTO unveiled the V4 SR-RR Prototype at EICMA 2025 in Milan, Italy, offering an early glimpse of its upcoming 1000cc supersport motorcycle.

The prototype stands out with its active aerodynamic front wings, powered by electric motors that adjust their angle to either reduce drag at speeds above 300 km/h or generate downforce for improved stability under braking and cornering. While such technology isn’t allowed in racing, enthusiasts are eager to see which features will make it to the production version.

On paper, the bike is powered by an all-new 997cc, 90-degree V4 engine with a counter-rotating crankshaft, producing over 210 horsepower. The engine also serves as a stressed member of the chassis, with the upper frame beam connecting directly to the rear cylinders, highlighting CFMOTO’s emphasis on both performance and structural rigidity.

The V4 SR-RR comes equipped with MotoGP-level components, including Brembo GP4-RR brakes, semi-active suspension, a steering damper, and a titanium Akrapovič twin-barrel exhaust. Slick Pirelli tyres complete the high-spec setup. With a weight of under 200 kg, the motorcycle promises an exceptional power-to-weight ratio and instant throttle response.
