Insta360 Reveals New Ace Pro 2 SuperMotocross Edition

Insta360 has officially launched the Ace Pro 2 SuperMotocross Edition, a special bundle created in partnership with SuperMotocross stars Jett and Hunter Lawrence. While the collaboration highlights the adrenaline-filled world of SMX, this new action camera isn’t just for pro racers; it’s made for every rider, from weekend trail explorers to moto-vloggers documenting long road trips.

At the heart of the Ace Pro 2 is Insta360’s flagship 8K AI-powered system. It utilizes a 1/1.3-inch sensor, a 157° Leica Summarit lens, and a dual AI chip system to produce smooth, cinematic 4K footage at 60 fps. Thanks to PureVideo Mode, low-light scenes, such as nighttime rides and shaded trails, still appear clear and detailed. With its waterproof body and built-in wind guard, the Ace Pro 2 is tough enough for harsh riding conditions, whether you’re tackling muddy terrain or cruising on the highway.

Power is another strong point. The camera offers up to 180 minutes of battery life and can recharge to 80% in just 18 minutes, keeping you on the road longer. It also supports up to 1TB microSD cards, giving riders plenty of room for long ride days and extended vlogging sessions.

The SuperMotocross Edition includes the Ace Pro 2 camera, a Helmet Chin Mount 2.0, Flexible Adhesive Mounts, a Lens Guard, a 128GB microSD card, and a battery. The Helmet Chin Mount 2.0 is compatible with most helmets used by riders, from full-face to modular, and provides an immersive rider’s point of view. Meanwhile, the Flexible Adhesive Mounts allow you to place the camera on different parts of your motorcycle for dynamic and creative angles.

According to Dave Muye, SMX’s VP of Global Partnerships, the collaboration lets fans move from simply watching intense SMX action to creating their own thrilling highlights. Jett Lawrence, the 2025 SMX 450cc World Champion, describes the bundle as “the real deal” and says it includes everything riders need.
